Why are there no rules to access ? Very frustrating. That action that causes a backfire happened and I had forgotten why such a thing happens so I went looking for rules and found none .
It would also be nice if the teeny tiny font could be zoomed out. It’s tough to see on an iPhone.
Sorry to hear you have had a frustrating experience with Five Elements Chess.
You can access the game rules during a match as follows:
– Click the vertical button located on the left side to open the menu.
– Click “Rules”.
If a backfire is going to happen, you can find some hints in-game:
– The buff icon will keep shining if the level exceeds 7. If you tap the buff icon, you can preview the backfire result.
– If a spell will cause a backfire, the description of the backfire will be displayed in the spell-confirm panel.
However, I think the UI needs some improvements in order to display the above information more clearly.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’ll keep improving Five Elements Chess.
